in this particular situation, McDonalds used the truck to pass out free hot chocolate during the Downtown Nashville Christmas parade.
they wanted a little music video to showcase this event
very difficult music video
had very little footage to work with and very little instruction from the sponsor.
in the end, i just tried to use as many different effects as i could to pump up the pace and make the video flow
most effects were done by manually changing the size of the image, by using a preset final cut pro effect, or by a preset final cut pro transition
last shot of the video was created using apple motion
had to change the clips to become 3-dimensional and then rotated the y axis so that the shots would face inwards
the background was a google image that we blurred and then softened the color.
created a black vignette so that the background wouldnt be so prominent
also created a shadow and outline of each image so that it would pop out and would not get lost in the background
